We finally got our swing set all put together. It's been done for about a month now, but I haven't posted any pictures yet. I've decided swing sets are great in your backyard because you don't have to walk very far (especially since the closest swings in our neighborhood is about a 10-minute walk). However, the bad part is it's in your backyard as well so your child sees it all the time and wants to be on it. It's not so bad except for when it's freezing outside and your child doesn't quite understand why she can't be out there swinging.
Brooklyn loves the swings. The slide is a bit fast for her so she doesn't go down that very much. She will climb up the fort part and sit in there, but then just climbs back down. So mostly she swings. It's nice because she's buckled in so you can push her and then go weed or something in the yard as long as you go back and push her every once in awhile. It's great because she's restrained. Here's some pictures! Everyone is welcome to come swing or slide anytime!
We bought two of these "baby swings" so friends can swing with her and so we can have two little ones swinging at the same time.
She also loves the seesaw swing and likes to move from one swing to the other. Fun, Fun!

What fun! Carter's playset is lacking a swing... we'll have to see what we can do about that,swings are the best.
Glad Brookyn likes the swing set. I think we're planning on getting the same one once we get into the new house. It couldn't come sooner. So does it have a spot for 3 swings then (2 swings and the see saw thing)?
