Brooklyn and I went to the Festival of Trees yesterday with our friends, Mindy and Carter. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the many beautiful trees!
Brooklyn loved all the lights and colors and kept saying "wow" and "balls". She liked it more than last year, plus it's fun that she can say so many words now.
This is something that we enjoy doing each year, except next year I'll actually have to pay for her!
We enjoyed a yummy scone and even bought an elf wand. This is Brooklyn playing with it at home! Doesn't she look like an elf?!

Looks like lots of fun! Wish I was there to go with you guys! We'll see you all soon though.
Cute! Carter broke his wand that night and tried to eat the tinsel. It was a short lived pleasure, as many things are to a baby!
