We celebrated Christmas with all the Nowling's in Kamas on Friday night. We always celebrate the weekend before Christmas since we all have our own families now and it's easier to get everyone to attend on the weekend as opposed to a weeknight. We still were missing 4 people, but we had a lot of fun!
We finished a yummy dinner and now we're waiting for presents. Brooklyn has been SO excited to open a present and was very mad that we made her sit for a picture.
Eliza was thrilled to have a present to open. Her birthday wasn't that long ago so she knew right what to do! She received pajamas, a shape sorter and puppets.
She loved playing with all the paper, boxes and bows!
Brooklyn's turn. She received a Snow White Baking Set and a Princess Yahtzee game (she has already lost two pieces to the game and we can't find them anywhere).
They had fun playing with all of their cousins (just a few shown).
Grandma and Grandpa had their turn and Brooklyn wanted to help Grandma.
Grandpa became the present.
We stayed up late opening presents, playing games, eating treats, and talking. The kids watched The Polar Express. Eliza was exhausted and started cuddling with everyone. Grandma was trying to get her to go to sleep, but it wasn't until she got to Aunt Charlotte (not shown) that she actually crashed. We had the perfect evening! We love to be together with our family!

Fun, Angie! Way cute Santa baby outfit... I remember Brooklyn wearing that or something like it when she was about that age! I love it! Looks like fun!
So fun. We did that this weekend, too (with Jeremy's family). It was....interesting. :)
Looks like a lot of fun. We usually do my side of the family big Christmas party before Christmas as well, but this year we're trying it the night after Christmas. Hopefully it will turn out.
I love a few pre-Christmas gifts to open. It just gets the kids more excited.

Super cute pictures! I love the bow on your grandpa's head :) Yes we did make the playhouse/toddler bed for Holdyn for Christmas! It ended up being a super fun project! Anyway, hope you had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
