Oh Christmas Tree

We put up our Christmas Tree on December 2nd. We were debating on getting a new tree this year since our tree is huge in our small room. Plus we have my step-mom's piano in our front room right now while she's on a mission which is hard to move. Fortunately, my mom let us borrow her tree this year, which is smaller and pre-lit. It's nice and works perfect for our space.

The biggest problem was fitting all our ornaments on the smaller tree.

The girls really wanted me to wear a Santa Hat while I helped with the ornaments.

Lincoln wasn't too much of a helper this year. :)

Brooklyn and Eliza loved decorating the tree just the way they wanted. I even left it that way. Brooklyn gets the concept of covering all areas of the tree. Eliza is still a two-ornament-to-one-branch kind of girl.

Lincoln loves staring at all the lights and the tree is good at keeping him entertained for quite a while. I love the way the tree brings part of the Christmas spirit into our home.
